Who Can it Help?

Athletes, dancers, actors, and musicians are some of those who often choose this
work to improve both their endurance and performance. Some people come seeking relief from debilitating conditions which cause chronic pain, and/or, movement restriction. Some find spiritual or personal growth during the journey through the basic ten session series.

Persons of all ages, from infants to the elderly have been helped by the work. Whether young or old, chronic or acute, those with physical problems, inefficient movement patterns, structural imbalances respond very favorably to the work. But, you don't have to have a problem to be re-aligned with gravity!
